Surface Treatment
With the policy of conducting most of the processes in house, JMC has installed varieties of surface treatment facilities in house. These surface treatment or plating processes are carried under trained and experienced manpower. The company also has got latest equipment to test plating thickness.

Bright Nickel Plating
The company has installed both ELECTROLYTIC and ELECTROLESS Plating processes. Electrolytic plating results in bright shining surface whereas electroless plating has its own advantage of covering internal cavities where bright nickel plating is not possible. Barrels have been installed for plating smaller components.

Silver Plating
The company has in house facility for silver plating as well. The plating can be carried on specific surfaces.

Siliconizing
Another form of coating is siliconizing, which is being carried on most of the surgical and medical products namely Cannulae, Needles, etc. The siliconizing results in lubricating the external surface, reducing the resistance of insertion in the body.

Passivation
All copper, brass and stainless steel components are passivated so as to have uniform appearance and prevent the product from oxidization. Anodizing, surface coating on Titanium components and Zinc plating are being outsourced.
